I'm a computer tech, and after seeing so many functional computers being thrown out, have become quite the minimalist. Currently running a ADM Athlon that I built in 2001, and re-imaged it with XP about 3 months ago. It runs like a champ, and it's likely I will squeeze 2 to 3 more years out of a 6 year old computer. First I used Windows Blinds, which gives you more freedom to customize the themes...that's where I got the Panthere Mac look for the windows and such.
